My Health Triangle: Balancing Physical, Mental, and Social Health, Exams of Nutrition

An interactive exercise for evaluating one's health and wellness through the lens of three interconnected aspects: physical, mental/emotional, and social health. Participants are asked to reflect on their habits and practices in each area by answering yes or no to a series of statements and then drawing and labeling a health triangle based on their responses. The exercise encourages self-reflection and the identification of strengths and areas for improvement.
