Breakfast

Morning Snack As a morning snack, Jason will eat: one extra small banana and one cup of carrots. Lunch For lunch, Jason will eat: two tortilla wraps that will include one cup of cabbage, one cup of spinach, one cup of tomatoes, 4 tablespoons of avocadoes, two-thirds a cup of cooked brown rice, and one cup of black beans. To drink Jason will have half a cup of apple juice. Afternoon Snack As an afternoon snack, Jason will eat: two-thirds a cup of low-fat yogurt with fruit and six round butter type crackers. Dinner For dinner, Jason will eat: three ounces of roast beef, one cup of broccoli with one ounce of melted cheese, one cup of cauliflower with one ounce of melted cheese, and one baked potato with one teaspoon of butter. Evening Snack As an evening snack, Jason will eat: six cashews, seven small grapes, and drink one cup of skim milk.
