Starbuck business level strategies., Summaries of Business Administration

Starbucks mainly uses a Focus or Niche strategy to grow its market share with less cost and effort. The company targets international customers through partnerships and acquisitions. Instead of introducing new products, Starbucks enhances this approach with essential functional strategies. These involve sourcing for cost control and quality, managing coffee roasting, and implementing store strategies that improve logistics and transparency. The company also monitors changing customer preferences. Together, these strategies support efficient operations and help ensure the company's long-term financial success.
