1. You Must Download the Excel spreadsheet file that you will use for this quiz. The file is available for
download on my class website at http://bergg.etsu.edu. Failure to use this file or failure to follow
the directions will result in a grade of zero.
Highlight the file link and right click on mouse button, Select Save target As option to download the file.
Save the file to your hard drive or the storage source of your choice.
2. The file is an Excel 2007 macro enabled file. You must make sure that you enable the macro.
In Excel 2007
i. Launch Excel
ii. Open the file
iii. Select options on the Security warning “macros have been disabled”
iv. Select enable this content and click on ok (failure to enable will result in grade of Zero)
v. In the pop-up window, enter your first name and last name and click on OK (failure to do so will
result in grade of zero)
