the biggest Jackie Chan fan, so my parents put me in karate classes. My only goal; be
like my idol. I was in karate classes for only three months, I loved to attend every day,
until one day in a championship I was knocked out; I was very afraid to compete again
that my parents took me out.

At the 20th^ century, this Martial Arts was teaching in many schools at Asia and here begun the modification of the Karate in 1922. The color belt ranking system is a helpful and organized way of representing individual’s improvement, but it really doesn’t ensure that your karate belt defines you. Taekwondo. The name Taekwondo means "the way of the foot and fist". Exist two types of Taekwondo, ITF (System for self- defense style) and WTF (System organized for Olympics games). Their belt organization are different. ITF organization belts are white, white and yellow, yellow, yellow and green, green, green and blue, blue, blue

and red, red, red and black and black, but the Taekwondo WTF have a different organization, first is white, yellow, orange, green, purple, blue, blue with black, brown, brown and black, red, red and black, the last one is black. I trained Taekwondo for nine years. One of my best inspirations in this sport is Aaron Cook, Taekwondist, world champion for five continuous times. My kicking technique is copied from him, his technique is unique. In a championship, I suffered a knee injury that forced me to quit the sport. I got depressed for many months. For me, my future was taekwondo or nothing. After a year without training, I made the decision to become a coach, studied a few months to get the certificate and started going to many championships as a coach of the academy I used to attend. In conclusion, martial arts is an act of self-defense that everyone can learn easily and master it if they have the willpower to do it and it will be useful if we know the right method and the technique with an effective strategy. Martial Arts, serves to develop strength, perseverance, self-control and fills you with courage, you must take these values to be a real Martial Artist.
