1. Discuss and demonstrate proper warm-up techniques.
2. Show evidence of proper alignment and balance with
equipment.
3. Demonstrate multiple exercises that strengthen the core,
upper and lower body.
Standards: 1. Perform the proper warm-up techniques for the required
time to successfully prepare the body for each workout.
2. Perform with each specific piece of equipment with the
proper technique.
3. Perform upper body exercises including chest, shoulder,
and arms with the proper techniques.
4. Perform lower body, hip and buttock exercises with the
proper techniques.
5. Perform lower and upper back and abdominal body
exercises with the proper techniques.
