2006. The aim of the report is to show how historical issues (happenings, writings, etc.) impact
management practices of today (in terms of planning, organizing, controlling, and leading).
Implications may relate to changes in organizational culture, makeup of the workforce, physical
facilities, management practices, etc.
Reports should be professional in appearance, incorporate information from the other groups,
identify major related management issues for today, and include complete and appropriate
references.
