Why do you want to be a Flight Attendant? ✔✔Because I have over 20 years of customer service
experience. And I want to transfer the skills and Knowledge that I have learned from collage and previous jobs, I've worked in a call center, retail Dept. Stores, I've worked in Real Estate, law office, I've also worked as Admin and Receptionist. I would like to utilize my knowledge, and learn all that I can to become an asset to this airline, I want to develop and enhance my skills in more cultured customer service enviorment. I want to expose myself to this worldwide network of being a flight attendant, So I can become a major contributer to the goals and achievements of this company.
How do you deal with difficult customers? ✔✔I remain calm, I listen, I repeat the setuation, I
apoplogize, offer way to help, and follow up.
How do you deal with change? ✔✔By being flexible, that is so important to me, I'm motivated
by change, in this industry you always deal with changes with the crew, changes with passengers, changes with plans, to me this is a constaint evolving job. I thrive in a work environment where there is change.
How do you know if you were successful at this job? ✔✔I would know because I set high
standards for myself to acheive my goals and complete them with success.
Why should we hire you? ✔✔Because I bring over 20 years of customer service experience, I
am motivated, dedicated and have excellent communication skills. I know that I well be a great asset for Frontier Airlines.
Why did you leave your last job? ✔✔Well, my mission was completed there at DOT, and this
experience has given me the opportunity to enhance, and develop my office skills, my interpersonal and customer service skills.

What motivate you to do your best? ✔✔I've always felt that it is important to do your best, It gives me great pleasure to provide a positive customer service experience. That is what motivate me to do my best all the time

team to come up with a solution, implement, follow-up.
Tell me about time when you took upon a leadership role? ✔✔At EEOC I observed that the
office morale was going down, spoak to my supervisor, and offered to plan a potluck for the next holiday, she approved it, I put it togather, created the fliers and sign-up sheets, people brought food,it was a hit. because i took the leadership role, I'm to this day creating events for the office.
Why do you want this job? ✔✔I enjoy the customer environment because of its culture,the
consistent human interaction and the satisfaction from helping people. Frontier Airlines is where I want to work and become a major contributor.
