S-Parameters Measurement

OBJECT: The purpose of this experiment is to use a vector network analyzer to measure the S-parameters of a two-port device.
GOALS: Each group is asked to hand in (1) hand calculated (or used by your own computer program) S11, S21 results (dB and Phase), (2) Puff (or Serenade) results (dB and Smith Chart), and (3) VNA S11, S21 results (dB, Phase, and Smith Chart).
PROCEDURE:
!! Rotation of CAL KIT is strongly prohibited in connecting or disconnecting procedures!!
Q1: Is your circuit a directional device? Or is it a non-directional (symmetrical) device?
