Enter the following address: http://www.teacherweb.com/
Click: Teachers Create Your Web, or Get More Info Here
Select: Create Your TeacherWeb site Now
Select a state: TN click submit
Choose a school: TTU (NOT Tennessee Tech or other options)
Enter Teacher or Class Name: “Your first & last name” submit
Web Type: Choose the area you plan to teach in
Web Colors: Select one of your choice
Acct Code: FF99EDTENN
Name to appear on webpages: “Your first & last name”
Your Current Email Address: Your TTU e-mail address
Password: follow the directions carefully & make sure you write down your password somewhere (NOTE: enter a
password that consists of letters and numbers; make it something you can type easily because you must enter it every
time you make a change!)
Verify: enter again
Click Create Your TeacherWeb:
Read the confirmation screen carefully regarding the process for updating your page. This function allows you
to add / revise web page information as needed. You may want to print this information for future reference

Additional info: Once you’ve established your page, you can edit graphics & images to reflect your personal
preferences. At any point if you click on the top divider line that surround the body text of your website. This will take
you to a page that will let you update just the content on that one page. Clicking on the bottom divider line of the page
you are viewing will take you to a page where you can update the whole site and access other features for adding
content.
From the update page- Other changes
For regular updates of your web pages (e.g. changing an announcement), use the Update page links at the top of the pg.
Change options:
Change Graphics > Select From Library > use this to choose new graphics for your background, divider lines, home
page, email icon, & other pages
Change Graphics > Select From Uploads > select pictures or graphics that you have uploaded
Change Name/Email Address
Add/Delete/Rename Pages > to add or remove new pages (homework/grades/calendars/links)
Change Fixed Text > to change the standard text on your page (Name, School, Class, Phone Number)
Customize Home Page > add a school link, change banner color, order of pages, add footnotes)
Add Photos/Docs > uploading photos & documents for your site
Delete Photos/Docs > removing photos & documents
Resize/Edit Photos > resize your pictures to fit the desired space
Password Protect> requires a password before viewing
