Each group will make a 20-minute, in-class PowerPoint presentation about the assigned topic. The group must assume the role of a consulting firm invited to instruct the employees in an organization. The presentation will be followed by 15 minutes of class discussion. The purpose of this assignment is to give students a work-team experience and to introduce ways that interpersonal skills are manifested in the workplace. The group is required to meet at least once a week and to keep a record of their progress with proper agendas and minutes. Focus on the interpersonal skills related to the topic and choose an organization that demonstrates that topic.
