Assignment 3 - Communication Process

  1. Source, the source of communication is the salesperson; they have all the information about the product to tell the customer.
  2. Encoding process, is when the salesperson’s is giving ideas and concepts to the customers.
  3. Message, the information’s the sales person is giving the customer about the product.
  4. Decoding process, explain more of the information you gave to the customer, interpretation of the information to the customer.
  5. Receiver, the customer that is interested on buying the product.
  6. Feedback, the customer that gives you feedback about the information you gave them, this can be verbal, nonverbal, or both.
  7. Noise, miss communication between the sales person and the buyer for example noises that distract communication; misunderstood Two way communication is important because it brings a clear, and understanding environment between the sales person and the buyer, which makes things easier to understand both sides.
