Analog & Digital LabView Project
Using the LabJack and LabView, connect components as needed and build a LabView
interface to perform the following:
Read the voltage of a potentiometer and display the voltage:
o In a text box
o On a meter or gauge
o Plot the value on a graph in real time.
Use a virtual switch to control an LED connected to the LabJack (be sure to use a
current limiting resistor).
Show your finished interface to the instructor when complete. Both team
members should be prepared and able to make simple modifications to the
system.
Grade: Up to 25 points.
Extra credit (5 pts): Modify the program so that the LED lights automatically when
voltage is at or above a setpoint voltage and de-energizes below. The setpoint will be set
using a dial on the interface. To be accomplished AFTER the main part is working
without the instructor’s help.
