Access and Integration Assignment
DUE DATE: Check your Class Schedule for due date.
ACCESS PART: This is Part III of your Integration Project. Download your Access test database
file from Blackboard. Export your Student Report to a Word file and save it as Student
Report.rtf.
INTEGRATION STEPS:
Open your Personal Newsletter that you have completed for Part I of the Integration
Project and save it as Integration Project.docx.
At the end of the Word document, insert a section break. Change the orientation of the
new section to landscape. Insert the Two-Year Academic Plan from your Part II of the
Integration Project (Excel) onto this page. Make sure that everything fits nicely on one
page.
At the bottom of the page, insert another section break and change the orientation of
this new section to portrait. Insert the Current Progress for 4 Semesters Chart from
your Excel spreadsheet onto this page.
At the bottom of this page, insert a page break and insert the Student Report.rtf file
from Part III of your Integration Project onto this page. Highlight the inserted data, go
to Insert, select Table, select Convert Text to Table, and then click OK.
Delete the first empty column, the date, and the page number.
Format the table with any Table Style to make it looks professional.
SUBMIT:
An electronic copy of your Student Report.rtf and Integration Project.docx file to the
Assignments folder on Blackboard by the date stipulated on your Class Schedule.
A hard copy of your whole Integration Project to your instructor.
