I can control most of these interruptions using time management when it comes to my children. For example, if they are in school, or if my toddler is napping, I take advantage of the time and log in to my schoolwork and try to get as much done as possible. I have set alarms for different tasks just to stay on track of my schoolwork and personal life. I learned to put my phone on do not disturb and get back to my family and friends when I can. I’m still working on when I get sleepy. It does throw me off when I wake up, I must find the time and energy to get back into my work again. Overall, I feel my interruptions can be easily managed.
